It is a joke that we have been to the emergency room now twice in one month. Prior to this month we haven't been to the emergency room since Gaige was a baby. So now it is Marley's turn. She got a 2-1/2 inch splinter in her foot. There was no way I was getting that thing out on my own. What a mess. Poor thing. I wonder if pulling it out would have hurt less than the shots she got to numb her foot! She can barely walk on that foot today.
She brought her own First Aid kit to the hospital. They let her take her splinter home for her scrap book. lol.
